Xavier University
Cincinnati, Ohio
Xavier uses targeted online strategies to spotlight students' points of view, excellence in business education, and the Jesuit mission.
An established leader among the nation's Jesuit colleges and universities, Xavier University has a diverse offering of undergraduate and graduate studies across the arts and sciences, health and education and social sciences. As a long-time web provider for Xavier, Innersync provides the university with a complete solution, including design, information architecture, Campusuite® content management system for higher education, online campaigns, e-newsletters, and microsites.

Using ancillary web sites that inextricably link Xavier to the Jesuit mission and exemplary business education, respectively, the school is reinforcing its leadership role as the preeminent source of Jesuit higher education and business school acumen. Through web initiatives running parallel and in concert with the school's main mission, Innersync is helping Xavier maximize the full potential of the web.

Wilmington College
Wilmington, Ohio
Situated between three urban centers, Wilmington College excels in the fierce competition for liberal arts college student admissions.
Wilmington College is an independent, four-year, liberal arts college situated virtually equidistant from Cincinnati, Columbus and Dayton, Ohio. Surrounded with dozens of colleges and universities of all shapes and sizes within a three-hour drive, Wilmington was looking for a competitive edge in distinguishing itself as a gem among small, midwestern liberal arts colleges. In need of a web site that more accurately captured the essence of the school's image, Wilmington administrators were seeking site improvements to not only attract prospects and drive enrollment figures, but improve the supply and access to content within and outside the college.
Innersync was put to the task of designing and developing an entirely new web presence. The new site not only had to effectively communicate Wilmington's strong heritage, but also empower faculty and staff to manage its content. The result is an overwhelmingly successful web site that continues to grow in becoming the primary and preferred method of communicating to prospects, parents, alumni and the community. It's produced a record number of applications and enrollment in school's history, re-vamped the school's athletic web site – an increasingly important demographic component of the college – and has opened avenues of connections across many campus departments and among site visitors through use of the Campusuite® web content management system for higher education.

Cheyney University
One of the nation's oldest colleges embraces the power and value of Web 2.0 technologies and 'Software as a Service' in managing its web site
Saddled with older web technology, Cheyney University, the nation's oldest African-American university, embarked on a six-month search process to update its web site. Like many institutions seeking to get the most value and flexibility out of such long-term investments, the school examined CMS vendors and created a decision matrix based on ease of use, price, features and customer service. Looking for more than just a design for the site, the search team looked into overhauling the whole process. Without a great deal of in-house IT infrastructure and web development capabilities, the team decided on Campusuite Hosted Edition.
Users across all departments are able to easily manage news, events, blogs, photos, videos, calendars, FAQs and more. SaaS allows the school to take advantage of the efficiencies created by Web 2.0 and "cloud computing" and not be encumbered by on-premise solutions. Enhancements and updates are made on a continual basis and rolled out to all Campusuite customers system wide. What's more, the user-generated feedback afforded through this model enables continuous improvement. With Campusuite CMS – and the built-in improvements and value made possible by the hosted, SaaS feature – Cheyney University users are keeping not only their content, but their tools, fresh and valuable as ever.
